Behind the triple-scoring threat of Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum, the Pelicans are a serious threat to other would-be contenders in this year's NBA Playoffs.

After sneaking into the western conference playoffs with their win against the Kings in the play-in tournament, the Pelicans now face off against the number one seed, Oklahoma City Thunder, in the first round of the playoffs.

As we head down the stretch run, Pelicans fans will be eager to see how the season plays out. Thankfully, they can do just that — with or without cable. Live TV streaming services carry all the channels you need to watch Pelicans all season long and into the postseason. Keep reading to find out how to watch the New Orleans Pelicans live in 2024.

How to watch the New Orleans Pelicans on Sling TV (Featured partner)

  • Pricing begins at $40.00/mo
  • 31+ live TV channels
  • Free trial currently unavailable

Sling TV offers three plans: Sling Orange, Sling Blue or Sling Orange & Blue. Sling Orange has 32-plus channels. Sling Blue has 40-plus channels, and Sling Orange & Blue will give you all the channels from both Sling TV plans.

Sling Orange includes TNT and ESPN, while Sling Blue features TNT and (in some markets) ABC. Customers who have access to ABC in Sling Blue or Sling Orange & Blue will see a slightly higher price point when they subscribe. For NBA TV, you’ll need to add on Sports Extra for an additional monthly fee. It also includes ESPNU, NHL Network, MLB Network and more. All Sling plans include 50 hours of cloud DVR storage so you can catch up on any Pelicans games you have to miss.

Unfortunately, Sling doesn’t carry regional sports networks (RSNs) like Bally Sports New Orleans. To watch local Pelicans games, you’ll need a subscription to Bally Sports Plus (in-market) or NBA League Pass (out-of-market).

How to watch the New Orleans Pelicans on Fubo

  • Pricing begins at $79.99/mo
  • 161+ live TV channels
  • Free trial available

With Fubo, you'll choose from the Pro, Elite or Premier packages. Keep in mind the number of channels you’ll have available can vary based on your location, but Fubo offers vastly more channels than any of the other streaming services. Regardless of plan, you’ll also pay a regional sports fee of up to $14.99 a month, depending on your market.

Fans will get ABC, ESPN and Bally Sports New Orleans included in the basic Fubo plan, but NBA TV requires the Elite plan or one of several add-ons for between $7.99 and $10.99 per month. Fubo also includes 1,000 hours of cloud DVR with all of its plans, and the Elite plan also includes 4K viewing, so you can watch NBA games in high-definition. Unfortunately, no Fubo plans offer TNT.

How to watch the New Orleans Pelicans on Hulu + Live TV

  • Pricing begins at $76.99/mo
  • 90+ live TV channels
  • 3-day free trial

Hulu + Live TV has several plans that differ only in terms of the number of ads you have to watch. All have the same on-demand library and over 95 live TV channels. Pelicans fans can watch their team on ABC, ESPN and TNT, but Hulu + Live TV doesn’t offer NBA TV or RSNs like Bally Sports New Orleans.

However, a Hulu + Live TV subscription also includes Disney Plus and ESPN Plus, which means extra content to enjoy. With ESPN Plus in particular, fans will have access to more sports-related viewing, including highlights, commentary and more. You’ll also have unlimited DVR storage to keep up with all the Pelicans action.

If you like what Hulu + Live TV has to offer, consider adding more Pelicans games with an over-the-top subscription to Bally Sports Plus (in-market) or NBA League Pass (out-of-market).

While you won’t get Bally Sports New Orleans, you’ll still have a ton of other channels to stream while you’re not watching the Pelicans.

YouTube TV also offers unique viewing features like Key Plays View — where you can see the hottest parts of the games over and over — and Stats View. This provides in-the-moment insights into your favorite teams and players.
