Sarri hopes for Fiorentina; admits Serie A preference

Former Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri admits he'd like to work for Fiorentina.

Sarri says he's ready to jump back into management this summer.

He said at an awards function on Sunday: "It doesn't depend on me. In my childhood I had two favourite teams, Napoli and then, instigated by an infinite series of uncles who brought me to the Fiesole corner, Fiorentina.

"If there is a project that intrigues me, for now I only have offers from abroad. If something arrives from Italy we will evaluate. I don't deny that I could go abroad, I had doubts about going there the first time but then you realise that football is football at every latitude.

"Let's see the evolutions, I wouldn't want to be in that rush that usually makes you lose your clarity."
